  **On New Years Eve we will only have the 6am and 930am classes. *We will be closed on New Years Day. Workout of the Day:  2 Back Squats every minute on the minute for 15 minutes (@ 75% of 1RM). -then- 100 KB Swings (24k/16k) for time. If/when you break up your swings you must complete 10 burpees before getting back on your bell.
