This week we will be starting our CF801 Games Prep Group.  This group is  designed for those interested in CrossFit as a sport, and taking their game to the next level, with our main goal being a high finish at the regional competition in the Spring and qualifying for the 2012 CrossFit Games next July.  We would like as many of you to participate who are interested and able to put in the time.  We are lucky to have Brandon Heaney coaching our team.  If you are interested in participating, talk to Brandon or Matt for more details.

Speaking of CrossFit competitions, there are two right around the corner.  There is  brand new Utah Master’s Open competition going on this Saturday for ages 35 and up.  Then Fitness Elevated is another open competition that will be held on December 9th and 10th.  You can find info on both events here, or feel free to ask one of the coaches.
