Day 15 of the WHOLE30

Sharee pulled 310# on her 1RM Deadlift – a 25lb PR!!!

why the change???

“The color of the sky and the ocean, blue is one of the most popular colors. It causes the opposite reaction as red. Training:

7 round for time -

4 handstand push ups
6 reps, hang power snatch
24 double unders

Rx’d loads are 115/80#.  Scaled loads could include 95/65#, 75/55# or lighter if appropriate.  Advanced folks should complete all reps unbroken.
