Remember – tomorrow there will be a group class at 8am (Open WOD 12.2 or something else…your choice) and Open WOD 12.2 at 11am. There will be some folks from other affiliates coming by at 11am.
Workout of the Day:
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
