Workout of the Day
10-15 minutes of hspu practice

3 rounds for time:
500 meter row
20 GHD sit ups
2 rope climbs
We’ll run this second part in multiple heats as needed. Please be on time and ready to go. Also, we will sub the GHD sit ups w/ ab-mat sit ups (30 reps/round), and the rope climbs w/ either ring pull ups or ring rows (10 reps/round), depending on each person’s abilities.
