GROUP WOD: The workout of the day that is posted on our site.  Everyone is welcome to come to this!

SKILLZ: During this time we will go over the basic movements of CrossFit.  This is a good time to come if you are new, or would like help with any of the movements.  If you want to practice, go heavy, or learn new stuff...this is the time to do it.

Make-Up WOD:  Miss a WOD that you really wanted to do?  No worries.  You can make it up during this time!
