Today is Chris Stowe’s BIRTHDAY! As some of you know, and as all of you should know, Chris Stowe is quite possibly the epitome of success at CF801. The progress he has made since he first started at 801 is incredible. We love you Chris.

Week 6 Re-Testing
10 minutes to establish a 1rm Clean and Jerk
for max reps:
4 minutes of rowing (calories)
3 minutes of kettlebell swings (53/35)
2 minutes of thrusters (75/55)
1 minute of burpees
For those who completed the original testing 6 weeks ago, your scores will be posted to the board so you can see how much you’ve improved. You can also come in tomorrow at 9am to complete your testing if you can’t make it in today.
Finally, remember we are having a BBQ tomorrow at 11am following the second workout. Bring your own meat and sides.
