A couple fun announcements…
“28 Day Sugar Free Challenge”
Part 1) no added sugars for 28 days (Today – Sunday Dec 23); this includes refined sugars, honey, molasses, syrups, agave, artificial sweeteners (like Splenda), sugar alcohols (like maltitol or xylitol), etc! (The single exception is sugars contained in post workout protein supplements. Otherwise, if you have to ask, the answer is no).
Part 2) attend 4+ group classes/week during the same 28 days
You put down a $28 dollar deposit today ($1/day). IF you make all 28 days without sugar, you get your $28 back. IF not, we get to keep it!
$28 not enough? Go ahead and double down for $56!
Plus, if you make all 28 days & submit a write up of your “sugar free” experience, you will be eligible to win a free pair of Reebok Nano 2.0′s (a $110 value).
(only 1 pair of shoes will be given out)
