“End of Year Challenge”
After meeting with many of you over the past few weeks to discuss your current goals, we’ve decided to hold a “Fat Loss” challenge for the end of the year. Here’s the details…
You’ll need to come in sometime between Monday and Thursday of next week to get your body fat taken. For this challenge, everyone will use an Omron handheld monitor for both your baseline and final measurement. We’ll send you instructions concerning this process and being adequately hydrated to ensure the most accurate reading possible. You will be able to do your final measurement during the last week of December, up until Friday, January 3rd. We will announce a winner on Monday, January 6th. There will be cash and other prizes to for the top three men and women. The goal is fat loss – not weight loss. The cost will be $25 to register and be eligible for prizes.
Next Thursday (11/14) we will hold a kickoff nutrition workshop at 7:15pm, followed by several other progressive classes to help you succeed over these next 7 weeks.
