This Wednesday (July 24th) we will have our normal Saturday schedule:
Group WOD @ 8am and 10am
Function Group only @ 9am
Also, the CrossFit Games starts this week. The Master’s Divisions run on Tuesday-Thursday and both the Individual and Team Divisions are Friday-Sunday.
Finally, the 2013 Retro Games is going to be held on August 2nd-3rd. This local competition is a great opportunity for those of you wanting to get a taste of competitive CrossFit. There is both an individual and team (1m+1w) category.
A) 5-10 min of kipping practice (hollow rocks, pull ups, t2b, muscle ups…)
B) High Bar Back Squat: 5-5-5; rest 2 min (heavier than last week)
C) Weighted/Strict Pull Ups: 5-5-5; rest 2 min (heavier than last week)
